For over thirty years, Liberty People have been sharing the gospel and serving the poor around the globe, and New Viners have been key supporters for well over a decade.

In Port Vila, Vanuatu, Liberty People runs a large Christian school called LifeChanger Christian College, and partners with local churches to run large evangelistic events which have several times reached attendances of over 15,000 local people.

In the Philippines, Liberty partners with a local church in Oriental Mindoro to bring the kingdom to those in need.

In both of these nations, responding to natural disasters is vital, since both are particularly vulnerable. Following the recent cyclones, for example, local partners helped to rebuild or repair over 2,000 homes for devastated families. The LifeChanger school has also been used as a safe haven for those affected by the disasters.

In the Mediterranean, including West Asia, Liberty supports and champions the persecuted church in sensitive nations, keeping a tight relationship with church plants in the region.

All of this work is overseen by a small family team made up of Steve and Helen Blake (founders) and their sons Jon and Matt, in partnership with local volunteers and staff in each nation. The Blakes also coordinate national Gospel gatherings in different regions, including a multi-denominational gathering in Kiribati, in the Pacific.
